Certain payments and services are non-refundable, including government entity fees (such as filing fees and taxes) and payments made to third-party providers (including shipping costs and external consultant fees). Additionally, orders that have been properly completed and delivered are not eligible for refunds, regardless of whether the documents are used or the case proceeds.
